Job Opening:  Crisfield Heritage Foundation Road Scholar Administrator (part time, seasonal):  The Road Scholar Administrator provides assistance in implementing CHF’s Road Scholar programs—weeklong educational experiences for older adults that focus on local history and culture.  Duties include registering and greeting participants; handling all correspondence with the national Road Scholar organization; managing participant needs such as room assignments and dietary requirements; preparing program materials; communicating with hotel and restaurants; filing incident reports; monitoring participant evaluations; making regular reports to CHF and Road Scholar program manager; maintaining information on the Road Scholar website, and other tasks as needed.  The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent interpersonal and computer skills, and be able to commit to being available and on-site in Crisfield during the weeks Road Scholar programs are in session.  Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week during Road Scholar programs (typically 3 weeks in both May and June; 1 week in July; 4 weeks in September; 3 weeks in October, 1 week in both December and February) with additional hours off-season. Rate of pay:  $15/hour.
